No. One Sira account can hire, buy products, follow creators and later activate creator earning surfaces. Services, Digital Suq and Beteseb sit under the same account.

Yes. Creator identity details such as your public name, profile photo, cover, headline, city, bio, links and portfolio are managed from your account and Creator Studio. Your public username is the handle used by your creator profile URL.

It means Sira approved the identity verification review for that account. It is a trust signal about identity, not a promise that every service, product or outcome will meet a buyer's expectations.

The current verification flow can collect the creator's name, ID type, phone, a selfie, the front of the identity document and the back where applicable. Sira administrators review the submission before approval or rejection.

A buyer chooses a package or accepts an offer and pays through Sira. After payment is verified, the order moves through funded work, delivery and buyer review. The creator receives service earnings in the wallet only after the order is completed or resolved in the creator's favour.

Use the order thread. Request revisions when the package still has revisions available, or open a dispute when the issue cannot be resolved normally. Sira administrators can review the order record and resolve a disputed order.

You can communicate however Sira allows, but Sira's protected order controls only apply to payments made through Sira. Direct payment outside the platform is outside Sira's order, release and dispute flow.

Browse creators when you already know the kind of creator or service you want. Post a job when you want eligible creators to see one brief and send offers to you.

Sira can match posted jobs against the creator's active services and job-alert preferences. Creators can also browse open jobs directly.

Digital Suq is for creator-made digital goods such as ebooks, templates, presets, downloadable files, tutorials and courses, subject to Sira's seller and content rules.

Paid Digital Suq proceeds use the current wallet hold window before they move from held to available. The wallet shows held and available money separately.

Purchased Digital Suq items appear in the buyer's Sira library. Access depends on the product type and purchase state.

Beteseb is Sira's creator-community and support layer. A creator can have free followers, paid Family access, gated posts and one-time gifts under the same public creator identity.

No. The current Family membership is 30-day access with manual renewal. Renewing before expiry adds the new period after the existing expiry so unused paid days are not lost.

Yes. You can follow free, and where enabled you can send a one-time gift without buying Family access.

The unified wallet can include completed service earnings, Digital Suq proceeds, Beteseb membership proceeds and gifts. The wallet separates currently held amounts from money available to withdraw.

A creator can request a whole-birr amount up to the currently available balance. A pending withdrawal reserves that amount so it cannot be requested or spent twice.

Withdrawal requests may require payout review or settlement before they are marked paid. The wallet keeps pending withdrawals separate from paid-out totals.

Sira currently integrates Chapa for payment processing. Payment method availability can depend on Chapa and the transaction being made.

Sira does not need to store full card details for the current Chapa checkout flow. Payment processors handle sensitive payment credentials according to their own systems and policies.

Keep the brief, important agreements, delivery files and dispute-relevant messages in the Sira order thread whenever possible. That record is what the platform can review when something goes wrong.

Public earning visibility can depend on verification, seller permissions, account status and whether the creator actually has valid public inventory. Sira should not advertise an earning surface that is not eligible or usable.

The platform uses account and profile information needed to operate Sira, plus transaction, order, messaging and verification information where those features are used. KYC documents are private review material rather than public profile content.

Account deletion can affect shared marketplace history such as orders, purchases, reviews, messages or financial records. Sira therefore treats destructive deletion as a controlled administrative action rather than a simple profile preference.
