PROTECTED COMMERCE
Money moves only when the transaction state says it should.
Sira uses Chapa for payment processing and keeps creator wallet availability separate from what a buyer has paid.
1Buyer pays
→Payment is processed and verified before the order becomes funded.
2Work happens
→The creator can see the funded order but does not get withdrawable service earnings yet.
3Buyer reviews
→Approve the delivery, request included revisions or open a dispute when something is wrong.
4Wallet updates
Completed creator earnings become part of the unified wallet according to that earning surface's rules.
Important: Sira protection applies to transactions completed through Sira. Direct off-platform payment is outside Sira's order and dispute controls.
