What Sira Le Seriw is
Sira Le Seriw is a creator-commerce platform built around one account and one public creator identity. Users can hire through Services, buy creator-made digital goods through Digital Suq, follow or support creators through Beteseb, post jobs and manage related activity through My Sira and Creator Studio.
Creators are independent users of the platform, not Sira employees. Sira provides marketplace, account, transaction, moderation, verification and wallet controls; the creator remains responsible for the work, product or creator content they offer.
Accounts, identity & verification
One account may be used to buy, hire, follow and later activate creator earning surfaces. You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and not impersonate another person.
Creator verification is shared across Services, Digital Suq and Beteseb. Where KYC is required, Sira may request identity details and private verification documents for administrator review. A verified badge means the identity review was approved. It does not guarantee quality, delivery, earnings or suitability.
Sira may restrict, hide or suspend accounts and public earning inventory when seller policy, verification status, abuse, fraud risk, prohibited content or other platform-integrity concerns require it.
Services, jobs & protected orders
Service listings and job offers should describe the work, price, delivery expectations, revisions and other material terms clearly. Buyers should review the package or accepted offer before paying.
Service checkout is processed through Sira's payment integration. After payment verification, the order enters Sira's protected order flow. The creator can see that the order is funded, but service earnings do not become withdrawable merely because the buyer has paid.
After delivery, the buyer can approve the work, use included revision options where available, or open a dispute when the issue cannot be resolved normally. Sira may use the order brief, messages, delivery record and other transaction evidence to resolve a dispute by release, refund or another supported resolution.
Payments made directly outside Sira are outside Sira's protected order, wallet-release and dispute controls.
Digital Suq
Digital Suq allows eligible creators to sell creator-made digital goods such as ebooks, templates, files, tutorials and courses. Sellers must have the rights needed to sell or license what they publish.
Successful purchases are recorded to the buyer's Sira library according to the product type and purchase state. Digital Suq creator proceeds may remain held for the current wallet hold period before becoming available to withdraw.
The current Digital Suq launch platform fee is 0%. Sira may change pricing or fee policy in the future with updated seller-facing disclosure before the new fee applies.
Beteseb, Family & gifts
Beteseb is Sira's creator-community and support surface. Creators may allow free following, paid Family access, gated posts and one-time gifts.
Current paid Family access is a creator-defined price for a 30-day access period and renewal is manual. When a supporter renews before the existing period ends, the new paid period is added after the current expiry rather than erasing unused paid days.
One-time gifts are voluntary creator support. Current Sira platform fee on gifts is 0%, although payment-processor fees can still reduce the amount that reaches the creator wallet. Beteseb membership proceeds may use the current wallet hold period before withdrawal.
Payments, fees, wallet & payouts
Sira currently uses Chapa as its payment-processing integration. Available payment methods and processor charges can depend on the transaction and Chapa's supported checkout methods.
For Services, the current Sira creator platform fee is 5% of the service subtotal unless a valid promotion or account perk changes that fee for the transaction. Buyers pay the checkout total shown before payment. Digital Suq currently has a 0% Sira launch fee. Beteseb membership fees can depend on the creator's account plan; one-time gifts currently have a 0% Sira platform fee.
The unified creator wallet combines earnings from multiple Sira surfaces while keeping held, available, pending-withdrawal and paid-out states distinct. A withdrawal request can only reserve money that is currently available. Pending requests reserve that amount to prevent double spending.
Payout requests may require review, payment-provider processing or manual settlement before they are marked paid. A failed payout should release the reservation according to the platform's payout controls.
Content, intellectual property & conduct
Do not use Sira for illegal, deceptive, abusive, hateful, infringing or fraudulent activity. Do not upload or sell content you do not have permission to use.
Creators keep ownership of their pre-existing tools, methods and materials unless they agree otherwise. Rights in delivered custom work depend on the service description and the agreement made in the order. Digital products are sold or licensed according to the product's stated use; purchase does not automatically transfer ownership of the creator's underlying intellectual property.
Sira may remove listings, posts, products or accounts that violate platform rules or create material safety, fraud or rights concerns.
Privacy, account data & KYC documents
Sira processes information needed to operate the platform, including account identity, profile content, orders, messages, purchases, following/membership activity, wallet and payout records, device/session information and support or moderation history where those features are used.
KYC submissions can include private identity information, selfie images and ID documents. Those materials are for verification and administrative review; they are not public creator-profile content.
Payment processors handle sensitive payment credentials used in their checkout. Sira does not need to store full card details for the current Chapa flow. Sira may share the minimum necessary transaction or account information with service providers that are needed to operate payments, hosting, security or other platform functions.
Sira does not sell user conversation or account data to advertisers.
Account deletion, shared history & retention
Marketplace records can involve more than one user. Orders, purchases, messages, reviews, memberships, gifts, disputes and financial records may be linked to counterparties and platform accounting. Deleting one account can therefore affect another user's history.
Sira may restrict destructive account deletion where transaction, security, legal, audit or integrity requirements require records to be retained or anonymized instead. Administrative hard deletion is a controlled action because relational and financial effects must be reviewed before data is removed.
Changes, availability & contact
Sira may update features, eligibility rules, fees and these terms as the platform develops. Material changes should be reflected in the current version of this page or other relevant product-facing notices.
The platform is provided subject to availability. Sira cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, creator availability, a particular earning level or a particular commercial outcome.
